The truth is, the job search process can be overwhelming. There are countless options, unwritten rules, and shifting expectations. Even accomplished professionals struggle with knowing what step to take next. My goal has always been to make the process clear, strategic, and supportive.
My professional journey has taken me through leadership roles in financial institutions and media companies, where I specialized in recruiting, operations, and talent acquisition strategy. Along the way, I became passionate about bringing people, ideas, and opportunities together in ways that deliver meaningful results.
That experience showed me something important: when people have the right guidance, they don’t just find jobs — they build careers that align with who they are and where they want to go. That’s why I founded Talent Baton: to combine real-world hiring insight with thoughtful coaching, giving clients both the tools and the encouragement they need to succeed.
